The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by WriteWise and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service. However, by submitting content, you grant WriteWise a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, and analyze your content for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate tasks and evaluations. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. WriteWise does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content.
We strive to provide uninterrupted access to the Service, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
In no event shall WriteWise, its directors, employees, partners, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WriteWise and its licensees, licensors, employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which WriteWise operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
